Can anyone here share your experience of Laser eye surgery?

Hey guys,
I'm farsighted and I was diagnosed with presbyopia during my last eye exam. I started hating wearing glasses and contacts. I know that I cannot see the objects clearly without wearing glasses, even though I need to get rid of these. The option available to get rid of glasses and contacts is to undergo laser eye surgery. I've heard both successful and unsuccessful stories about Laser eye surgery. But the success rate is high which gave me a sense of confidence to undergo
laser eye surgery in Boston. Can anyone here share your experience of Laser eye surgery?

Dear Fambeephyal,

It will depend on the configuration of your cornea if it may be a way forward and you would first need to have tests done and a consultation with a practice that deals with KC cases.

Many have had refractive surgery of various kinds including laser surgery. Many have now forgotten they had a visual impairment and where it does not bother them and have gone back to living their lifes.

Seeing an expert in the field after doing your patient research is key.

You can find their stories by doing a search of the forum here https://www.kcfreedom.org/p/search/

Best of Luck

Deb
