Diet plan for eye health
Permalink

Hi all,

Which diet plan is best for better eye health? My mother who is 65 years old had some vision problem and she is getting an eye treatment from a well-known clinic in Edmonton. Her doctor advised her to follow a healthy diet which includes greens and fruits for better eye health. Can anyone give a list of food that should and should not include in her diet? I need to arrange things according to her needs. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

As for me, I use omega 3 oil capsules and take a lot of vitamin C

The omega 3 is for getting tear film production. The Vitamin C is good for collagen. I have thick corneas my ophthalmologist tells me. I think maybe its due to the years of having a high intake of vitamin C.
