who has any idea of any type of surgery to remove irregular astigamtism which is developed long after a corneal graft ?.

alihekmat,

It depands if your in the remit, the degree of correction possible in your case, and availabilty of any methods near to you, but you do hear of even Lasik being done after a Transplant, and even PRK, as the thickness of the cornea has returned, but there is relaxing incisions which is also a method used and used more.

I can't recall the members name but there was posts on surgical corrective methods after a transplant on the forum, other methods I know from talking to people away from the forum, but you may be able to find info. online using google I suspect.
