So apart from KC what are your interests???

Ahhhhh.... the first post in this section lol.....

Well, an obvious thing to me would be what are you all interested in apart from KC??? Myself, other than being a bit of a workaholic... am glued to my computer. I love graphics and used to be quite creative art wise.. doing leather work (carved leather bags and belts, things like that)

I also love all kinds of music and even create it - on the computer... dance/trance/ techno - that sort of thing.

Reading... I read anything that isn't tied down....

Hmmm all this is looking very static isn't it?? So I reckon you've guessed I am not into sports.... HATE football... (aggghhh don't all throw things at once lol) Well, its so ...mmmmm.... I'll think I'll keep my opinions to myself here.....hehe....

I don't get much chance to do my hobbies nowadays...though now I have a new 'puter I may well invest in a new soundcard as the onboard one is a bit lacking.. which brings me back to the computer again doesn't it?

Anyway - what do YOU all do??

Lynn

Well.. I used to make carved leather belts and even a cowboy saddle! - then I sort of progressed onto making pictures... mainly of animals and birds and so on.

Its time consuming though and soenwhat noisy (as you have to hammer the leather with tools when it is damp) so its somewhat antisocial... lol...

Hmmm yes I know what mean mean when they say they go down the pub!! In Trinidad its called "liming" which I am sure is something to do with brits being called limeys but couldn't swear to it....

Liming can mean a quick chat with a friend to a full blown party. The Trinis have liming down to a fine art and is one of the things I miss about Trinidad!

The most I've made is a bow and arrow when i was a kid...lol...most of the time I'll break things, when in the begining I started out to fix It!...I am glad to say I grew out of that one!!...

I'm not really a pub man my-self (I used to be in and out of all my local pubs while I was going college with my friends though)

...Well sunday afternoons I do go down to a pub I like...It's really relaxed there...any pub I go to it must have a pool table (It's the only game I know that you can have a game with with anyone out of the blue)...The one I go to has a live singer who is really good i must say....

Most of the time I go up to the West-end...it's not that far at all for me...and we have found all the little places to park that no-one else knows of!...which is really handy to know

... Lynn you could find your-self a second home in the West-end lol...I am sure there are Trinidadian (or Trinidadian like) clubs and bars there....I'm pretty amazed at the variety down there all the time!

I go to a club/bar thats just great...I've been to loads in my time..but i found this little gem which really suits me right down to the ground

Well..

I can play pool after a fashion lol.... my problem is I am right handed and left eye dominant which makes for traumas when playing pool or shooting rifles... which I don't do but I am assured it is by people who do lol....

There was a time when we were living down south in Trini.... the company house was just behind the mall - and this was basically the only life down there. Just down the road was a small bar with a pool table and we went to play pool there regularly - I almost got quite good at it!

Oh Goooosh!! (as they say in Trini) I gettin' all nostalgic!

I really must challenge you to a pool game....lol

and the word "liming" its not pronounced like those furry little animal things that are meant to jump of cliffs is it !!...lolol...I'm not really in to parting like that !!..lolol...

After a good night out I do become like a "homing pigeon" though ...as I always find my way home ok...lolol

Nah...

liming is pronounced "lye-ming" not lemmings lol.....

Well you are on... a challenge to a pool game !!!

However, I want a box to stand on (as I am only 5 foot tall) and a couple of G&T's to relax myself (also a Trini expression lol)
