how much time to end haze
Permalink

hi
i had a crosslinking operation with my left eye and  after 3 days  the doctor took off the contact lense. But i could not see any difference and the haze still continues. though i can see with my right eye properly, i am curious whether my left eye will see an improvement gradually or not. some doctors say that it will be gradual but some say it will improve instantaneously.

hopefully waiting for your responses.

Bozo a warm welcome to you,

Some people get no haze (or notice any) other do get it - for some this haze gradually goes away after three months but for others it is in less time - in all cases it goes away from reading the studies and patient reports.

This haze happens as the cornea recovers and is healing.

Its still very early days for you Bozo, with the recovery, with any intervention to the cornea it takes months for it to settle down.

All the very best

I don't know how advanced your KC is, but I hope it was in the early stages and correction of your vision with corrective lenses was easy for you or better still that you didn't need no correction, as in with glasses or contact lenses.
