Following on from my 2007 post. Looks as though this project has been sucessful. Hopefully this technology will eliminate rejection issues. Plus I would imagine that it would be possible to achieve better vision than with a donor cornea, given that post transplant astigmatism could be avoided.

Do you think this is something that will be available in the US and will it work for people with keratoconus???
